Barbecued Venison Burgers
1 pound elk burger
1 onion
2 tbsp. oil
Brown meat and onion in oil.
In a separate bowl, combine:
ΒΌ cup ketchup
1 cup chunk tomato or tomato juice
1 cup water
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt, pepper and prepared mustard to taste
2 tbsp. minute tapioca
Add meat and simmer for 2 hours.
